Kevin has worked within the fitness industry for over 9 years working with both those just starting off in their pursuit for fitness to international level athletes in a variety of sports.
Following the completion of a Sports Science degree, he worked as a Personal Trainer and as a Physical Training Instructor within the Army Reserves whilst studying for a Masters Degree in Physiotherapy.
Kevin currently works as a Physiotherapist within the NHS, private sector and in elite hockey. Alongside his physiotherapy duties he still works as an instructor for British Military Fitness, and in his 5 years with the outdoor fitness provider he has worked as an instructor and assistant park manager.
Integrating his Sport Science and Physiotherapy knowledge into his fitness classes, is something Kevin strongly believes in. He finds this helps keep clients injury free and optimises their time spent training, ultimately increasing the success of clients achieving their fitness quests.
As a tutor he aims to pass his understanding of the human body in both the healthy and injured state onto students so that they themselves can stand out in the fitness industry.
